About Jessica

Jessica Key is a yoga and Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience in mindful movement. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and began deepening her Pilates practice in January 2025, drawn to its precision, strength-building focus, and support for functional, everyday movement.


Her classes thoughtfully blend breath, alignment, and intentional sequencing to help students feel grounded, strong, and connected to their bodies. Jessica is passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming environment where movement feels both empowering and nourishing for students of all levels.
